Delivery of your Items

You must be at the venue at the agreed delivery time to sign for your items and confirm that you are happy with everything delivered.

We also require ID (Passport/Driving License) & credit card details as security on the hire items.

Please note that as soon as you have signed for the items, they are your responsibility to look after (including the boxes/packaging they are delivered in); any damages or losses will be charged for.

Collection of your Items

Your items must be packed up and ready for collection in their original packaging at the time agreed. Additional charges may apply if we have to pack your decor items away, to cover the additional time our team are required to stay at your venue.

We will check your items on collection and notify you of any losses/damages. You will be sent an invoice should these occur.
